We loved the New Hotel’s prime location, just two blocks from the water in a walkable neighborhood. We had easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, a drugstore, bars, and even a tattoo parlor. The room was quiet, clean, and had comfortable furniture and beds. Joyce, the property manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. Parking was a breeze, and the pool, garden, and gastropub areas were private and beautifully lit by twinkle lights. The BBG food was superb, with great service and prices, and we enjoyed the merlot. Plus, the room was a great value, economical without feeling cheap.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The rooms were spacious and the dinner was wonderful. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the beach and close to a local grocery market and a variety of restaurants. Public transport was easily accessible as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were staying with friends. The hotel had a cozy, artsy atmosphere and the price was very reasonable. It was a great value compared to other options in the area. We also enjoyed the seclusion and privacy of the rooms. a fantastic experience at this hidden gem in Miami Beach!

The location of the hotel is excellent, being just a block from the beach and near many good local restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. there are coffee shops, grocery stores, and bars in North Beach, making it a convenient location for young people looking for entertainment and amenities.

The furniture outside the hotel could use some improvement, as it appears to be of low-quality and not well-invested.

The New Hotel in Miami Beach exceeded our expectations as a family with 2 small kids. The hotel had a great pool and gastropub, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. The location was perfect, with free parking at Walgreens and just a 5-minute walk to the beach in a neighborhood with locals. The hotel had a boutique feel, with modern furniture and a nice modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were staying with friends. a great experience for a reasonable price.

Nothing, it was perfect.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely awesome. From the minute I arrived, everything was perfect. The pool was very nice and I loved the location. It was just a 1 minute walk to the beach and close to many eateries and convenient stores. The decor of the hotel and room was beautiful, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The air conditioner worked great and there were blackout drapes for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, and the chef even gave us a couple of delicious beers on the house. a fantastic experience.

The hotel is located in a residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's really close to a very nice beach, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are well-designed with wonderful finishes and comfortable beds. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for money option.
