We were blown away by the size of our room and the beautiful view of the garden. The breakfasts prepared by Sylvia were absolutely exquisite, a true culinary experience. Ross was a fantastic host, providing us with helpful information and recommendations for our stay.

Great value for money with a lovely room and comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a peaceful, classy area, and the hosts, Ross, Sylvia, and Susan. The breakfast options were delicious and varied each day, with my favorites being the fluffy ricotta pancakes and eggs benedict. The hosts even recommended a fantastic restaurant and made a reservation for us. a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

We loved the warm welcome from the hosts and the friendly atmosphere. The location next to the gardens of the Governors House was beautiful, and it was an easy walk to central Victoria. The breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade granola and delicious warm dish. The staff had great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, making our stay even better.

We felt most welcome, with no complaints whatsoever.

Fairholme Manor is classic elegance at its best. Sylvia and Ross are the best hosts, anticipating your needs effortlessly. The breakfasts are bountiful and delicious. In-suite massages are available, dinner recommendations/reservations are a breeze, and they provide advice on things to do. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. A must if you are in Victoria!

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the beautiful property of Fairholme Manor Inn. The rooms were stunning, with a jacuzzi, fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the manicured grounds. The location was great, just a mile from downtown. The hosts, Ross and Sylvia, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Sylvia even went above and beyond to cater to my fiancé's vegan diet during breakfast. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Beautiful setting with a nice garden view in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast included in the room rate and free on-site parking were great perks. the towels provided were of good quality and there was a coffee machine in the room.

The room decor was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking.
