During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities offered at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during the festive season. The central location was a major plus, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Additionally, the friendly staff made my stay even more pleasant, providing excellent customer service.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. Firstly, the front desk lines were quite busy, resulting in some delays and confusion.

The hotel had a limited but useful Starbucks on-site, which was a great convenience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with ample towels provided. The lobby bar was inviting, and the breakfast options were hot, tasty, and tailored to our needs.

We felt safe walking at night, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to Chinatown and close to a Chinese supermarket and CVS/Walgreens. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a nice gym with new treadmills and dumbbell free weights.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear noise from outside my room. It would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing.

I frequently visit Boston and usually stay in Back Bay, but this time I opted for a new location. I loved being on the edge of China town, where I enjoyed some amazing Chinese and Japanese meals. The hotel's proximity to the Seaport neighborhood was also very convenient. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even assisted me when I lost my wallet. Moreover, the greeting staff member surprised us with promotional scratch-off tickets, winning us extra points for our Marriott rewards account. a great experience!
