During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities offered at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during the festive season. the central location was a major plus, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Additionally, the friendly staff made my stay even more pleasant, providing excellent customer service.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the front desk lines were quite busy, resulting in some delays and confusion.

The bed was super comfortable. Check-in/check-out process simple. Complimentary snacks and drinks in lobby. Hotel clean. Great location near Wang Theatre, theaters, and attractions. Amtrak views breathtaking. Convenient parking.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, with super comfy beds. The location in the theater district was perfect for easy walking around. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting us with cheerful hellos and offering assistance throughout our stay. The hotel had a limited but useful Starbucks on-site, which was a great convenience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with ample towels provided. The lobby bar was inviting, and the breakfast options were hot, tasty, and tailored to our needs.

We felt safe walking at night, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We had a fantastic experience in downtown Boston. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Freedom Trail, Boston Common, and the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with useful information about parking options. the hotel had great amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water in the rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The customer service could have been better, as there were some issues with the billing and a lack of communication from the front desk staff.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the size of the room. It was quite small, which is probably typical for a city center hotel, but it was still disappointing.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to Chinatown and close to a Chinese supermarket and CVS/Walgreens. the service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also had a nice gym with new treadmills and dumbbell free weights.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear noise from outside my room. It would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and were extremely pleased with our experience. The room was not the largest, but the king bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a beautiful city view.
