I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a bathtub. The variety of food at breakfast was delicious and the staff was always nice and helpful. The hotel had some great facilities for kids on the 5th floor. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of TV channels available in the room, including channels from Russia and Italy. The location was also great, as it was close to the High Speed Rail and both towers. I would stay at this hotel again with pleasure and highly recommend it to everyone!

Additionally, the location was convenient, allowing easy access to Lion's Head Mountain and other attractions in the HsinChu area.

My recent stay at Sheraton in Hsinchu was fantastic! I was in town for work and stayed for a week. The hotel's location was perfect, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. I loved the modern bathroom in my small but stylish room, and the laundry room was a great convenience. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of international TV channels available.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The food at the hotel is also of high quality, with well-cooked and beautifully presented dishes. If you prefer to explore, there are plenty of nearby places to visit. Additionally, the MRT station is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the hotel had great amenities for kids. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

The hotel in Hsinchu had amazing amenities for international travelers like me. I loved that every corner of the room had electrical outlets with international universal adapters built-in. the free wifi was also a great feature as it didn't require any additional logins. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic fitness center with a lap pool and sauna, perfect for a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring the city.

One thing I disliked about the hotel was the inconvenience of having two separate buildings for guest rooms. If your room is not in the same building as the common facilities, it can be a hassle to access them.
