I had a last-minute stay at The Preston and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The corner suite was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The king bed was really comfortable, and the service was superb.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and modern. The location was perfect, close to the Aquarium and many restaurants. The staff was helpful and informative.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe more variety of options.

The contemporary art throughout the hotel was an unexpected delight, adding a unique touch to the experience. Despite the breakfast being held in the lobby due to the date, the staff remained friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and modern. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend The Preston House And Hotel to others.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the East End. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I did not like. the limited parking was a bit inconvenient.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel. The architecture was marvelous, blending ancestral heritage with modern design. The rooms were spacious and the showers were excellent. The comfortable bed and light comforter made for a cozy night's sleep.

Amazing staff, exceptional service, delightful complimentary breakfast, friendly manager Alberto, comfortable bed.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely and centrally located place on the east end. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, with many nice choices. Alberto, the manager, was friendly and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The architecture of the hotel was marvelous, providing modern and spacious rooms. The restaurant served delicious food for dinner. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Staff & Service: the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and informative, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Limited Parking: One thing we didn't like was the limited parking available. It was a bit troublesome finding parking space, especially during busy hours.
