We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right at the Falls State Park and directly across from the falls. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the park and enjoy the breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and we were even given a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was cozy and romantic, with a lovely view of the river. The amenities provided were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the free WiFi and the free parking provided. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of options to choose from, including a must-try Creme Brûlée French Toast. The hotel's location is perfect, near the Falls and close to all the important sites. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The secured parking and entrance provided added security. The spacious and stylish apartment added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The room was lovely, complete with a cheese and cracker platter, grapes, and a mini bottle of wine. The bathtub was perfect for a romantic bubble bath. The food was delicious and service was quick. I highly recommend this hotel.

the location is perfect, with easy access to the falls just across the street. the rooms are spacious and well-stocked, and we even had our own kitchen in the suite. the decor is delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a lovely cheese tray and wine in our room, a delightful surprise. the proximity to the falls and the excellent amenities made this the best place we have stayed in.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The location couldn't be better - right by the Niagara Falls state park, just across the street from the falls and right by the Rapids on the American side. We were able to explore all the sights on foot, as everything was conveniently close. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, a real breakfast and not just a continental one. it was a fantastic experience.

The classical music playing in our room set a relaxing tone. The plush robes, comfortable bed, and jetted tub added to the luxury. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the rapids from our window. The included breakfast had a delicious menu with plenty of options, and the French toast was the best I've ever had!

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodated our early arrival. They provided helpful information about the surroundings and efficient sightseeing spots. The hotel is centrally located, with parking, and within walking distance of the falls. The decor is excellent, and the restaurant offers delicious food. The view of the colorful falls from the hotel is breathtaking. The park across the street is architecturally impressive.

Upon arrival at the Red Coach Inn, I was delighted to find a cheese and crackers platter, as well as champagne, waiting for me in my room. It was such a lovely surprise and a thoughtful touch. The breakfast included in my stay was a highlight, with a great selection of delicious entrees like the Creme Brulee french toast and pancakes. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the Falls and attractions, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at the Red Coach Inn.

Not obvious to find

As friends who frequently go out at night, we highly recommend staying at this charming inn. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from a breathtaking American Falls and right next to a beautiful State Park. We enjoyed the sumptuously appointed room and updated bathroom with a jetted tub and porcelain tile. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and exceeded many upscale hotels we stayed in. We appreciated the old-fashioned decor combined with modern updates like a flat-screen TV and mini fridge.

The service left something to be desired as the staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay included the beautiful view from our room, with sights of the rapids, skyline, and even the fireworks show. the location was also fantastic, with easy walking access to the state park and attractions. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. the complimentary breakfast was a great addition, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Worst aspects of our stay included the plain and outdated decor in the room, with an old carpet and a mattress that seemed to sink in the middle. We were also disappointed to find that there was no safe in the room.
