We recently enjoyed a city break at a hotel in Marana. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and offering breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-appointed rooms to the beautiful pool area. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the convenience of having a mini-fridge in our room. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The wait times at the restaurant and for valet parking were a bit long during peak periods, which was slightly frustrating.

The value for our money was incredible, and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Some housekeeping and cleanliness issues, such as uncleaned bathroom and used toiletries. Inconsistent service at the pool, with some waitstaff being pushy about ordering food and drinks.

We had an amazing time during our recent trip in Arizona. The hotel where we stayed offered a great surprise: champagne, cake and a birthday card were waiting for us when we got to our room. The staff was really friendly and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect: beautiful views of the mountains and access to great hiking trails. The pool was a definite advantage and we enjoyed using it every day.

The weather. We experienced some rainfall and although it was beautiful to watch, we were not able to use the pool during that time.

The value for my money was exceptional at The Ritz-Carlton. The room was top-notch with a private terrace, luxurious bathtub, walk-in shower, and a comfy bed. The location was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. The staff treated me like a VIP guest, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

The breakfast selection could have been more diverse.

The noise from setting up events in the evening and the early morning disturbance from downstairs can be a bit bothersome.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, as it truly offers luxurious amenities. The service was attentive, with staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. The spa & wellness center was fantastic, with a great selection of massages and treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was large, with plenty of sun loungers available. The entertainment was also great, with a TV room and leisure areas.

The only minor issue that I encountered during my stay was the restaurant. Despite the delicious food and excellent service, the restaurant was sometimes overcrowded, which could lead to delays in service.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and was blown away by the service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any needs I had throughout my stay. The spa was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
