I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a pine forest and conveniently close to both Lassen National Park and Burney Falls State Park. I loved being able to explore these beautiful natural attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of parking available. I also appreciated the fact that the staff provided bottled water during the unfortunate E. Coli outbreak in town. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed their dedication to customer service.

No negatives from this place. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The room was clean and cute, with a working heater to keep us warm. the hotel had a cute porch that added a homey feel. the location was great, right across the street from a bowling alley and next door to a McDonald's, which was perfect for late-night snacks.

The room was small with thin walls and a very firm bed. the bathroom was a good size, but the shower stall was tight.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel! The quietness was my favorite thing about it - I didn't hear any neighbors even though the place was full. The cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. I was also pleased to find out that they allowed dogs, and they even had a lovely pet area. Additionally, there was an abundance of ice available. The hotel had secure wifi, comfortable rooms with kitchenettes and small tables. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and in the heart of town. The suite I stayed in had hardwood floors and two bedrooms, perfect for accommodating my family. Lastly, the staff, particularly James, provided excellent customer service and were very pleasant.

During my stay at Green Gables Motel & Suites, I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious, allowing me to move around freely and feel at ease. I was particularly impressed with the check-in process as I received a call from the office, providing clear instructions on how to access my room in case I arrived late. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made check-in a breeze.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the confusion with the check-in office location and the difficulty in finding on-site parking, these were easily overcome. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit overloaded due to the high number of guests, but it did not significantly impact my stay.

I recently stayed at Green Gables Motel & Suites for a family trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond by calling me with instructions when it seemed like I might arrive after check-in hours. The room was cozy, yet spacious, with a comfortable bed and great A/C. The bathroom had good water pressure and the pet area was well thought out. I also appreciated the sitting area outside the room and the amenities like the fish cleaning station and BBQ grills. it was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs.

The rooms were surprisingly nice, with a clean and modern look. The wood-like laminate flooring made it feel extra clean. The spacious bathroom and walk-in closet were unexpected perks. I also enjoyed the little covered porch area that each room had. The location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic National Park.

We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, the showers in the rooms were a bit small.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained rooms and bathrooms at Green Gables Motel. Despite its age, everything was clean and free of mold, with perfect caulking and flooring. The rustic coziness added to the charm. The shower head was great too.
