We had a fantastic stay at the Sea Breeze Inn. The owners were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The inn itself was cozy and clean, with beautiful rooms that had been recently remodeled. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us on the night before checkout, a thoughtful gesture from the owners. The location is ideal, with many restaurants and local attractions just a short distance away. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as traffic noise and graffiti on adjacent buildings, we still had a great night's sleep. The staff was accommodating and offered to switch rooms when we realized it wasn't the same as pictured. I highly recommend the Sea Breeze Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall I highly recommend this inn for a great experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The recently renovated rooms were a breath of fresh air, with their tasteful blue, gray, and white decor. The Greek family that owns and runs the inn were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast choices were delicious and we loved being able to customize our omelette with fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Easton Beach and Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge. We will definitely be returning to this comfortable and welcoming inn.

Cleanliness: Spotless lobby, hallways, and rooms. Location: About a 10-15 minute walk from the beaches and close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast: Delicious and with many choices, including made-to-order options. Staff: Very friendly and helpful Greek family who take excellent care of the hotel.

Immaculate seaside-themed inn with friendly staff. Convenient parking and elevator access. Bright, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Sky-lit bathroom perfect for makeup. Lovely Greek-style decor. Delicious breakfast included. Close to beach and attractions, great location for exploring Newport.

It was also nice to be outside of the crowded shopping district, yet still close to everything we needed.
