Our family stayed at this quaint inn on our Alaska adventure for four nights. the cozy family room with two queen beds and a separate bedroom was perfect for us, and the beach access was a lovely bonus. the decor was charming, and the view breathtaking. the hosts were friendly, offering great local tips and a peaceful atmosphere. The location near shops and excursions was convenient, and the kitchenette was a money-saving option. Cons: Recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing, right by the ocean with breathtaking views of the water and mountains. the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a cozy vibe. We had a kitchenette for convenience and felt at home. Being pet-friendly was a big plus for us, as we could bring our beloved pup along for the staycation.

Finding the inn was a bit tricky at first, as it wasn't clearly marked. the prices were a tad high, but that seems to be the norm in Alaska.

Shack Inn felt like home on our first stay. Lush views of water and mountains from our cozy room, where the soothing tide serenaded us. Great location, steps from shops, cafes, and beachcombing. Fully equipped kitchen and a blissful bed for a restful night. Pet-friendly too!

I always stay here. First time, staff helped find car. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, free parking, shuttle, TV, kettle, cookware available. VIP check-in/out, fishing, beach, pets OK, non-smoking. Coming back for New Year. Love it!
