The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Medical Centre right next door. It was easy to go shopping, grab a bite to eat, or even seek medical attention if needed. the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice infinity swimming pool to relax in.

The TV in the room had poor resolution and the sound quality was not great. Adjusting the settings was also difficult due to the buttons being unavailable.

Had an amazing Christmas experience! Loved the complimentary champagne and festive decor in the lobby. the hotel's location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room had floor to ceiling windows with a stunning view of the city lights. enjoyed unwinding at the rooftop pool.

Limited options and food quality could have been better. Housekeeping could have done a better job with the bathroom odor.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the MRT and LRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall provided plenty of dining options and shopping opportunities. We appreciated the spacious lobby with ample seating and a strong cooling system, which made it comfortable even with large groups. Our room was big, clean, and well-lit, with comfortable beds, a separate shower and toilet. The staff, especially Fazraf, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. it was a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. The location is perfect as it is connected to a shopping mall with a wide variety of food options at the level 5 cafeteria. The staff were very helpful and always gave good service. The best part is the easy access to the mall, where I never had to worry about going hungry. Additionally, the rooftop pool was amazing and never seemed to be crowded. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and the facilities were top-notch.

I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends for their stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, as the coffee counter and teaspoons have been spotted with stains in the past.

The hotel is conveniently located in a mall and near MRT stations. Free shuttle bus service provided. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent hospitality from Mr Fazraf and his team.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel is linked to a shopping mall, making it convenient for me to shop and dine. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel provided excellent wifi throughout my stay and the room was soundproof, allowing me to relax in peace. Additionally, the shower had hot water, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
