My daughter and I stayed at the St. Regis while she recovered from surgery. The staff was incredibly helpful, promptly attending to our every need, from delivering ice and food to providing extra pillows. Their assistance made our difficult post-surgery night as comfortable as possible. Additionally, they even allowed us to take a pillow home for a more comfortable ride in the car. The service and responsiveness were outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel's location was not very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the lobby and pool area seemed lacking in design and service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush carpet that made it feel extra luxurious. the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and business areas. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

There were a couple of negatives to our stay. the carpet in our room was dirty and left black residue on our feet, which was quite disappointing.

The rooms are well-equipped with every possible item a traveler would need, including a gift bag for young children. The hotel is very clean and the staff does a really good job with housekeeping and foodservice.
