As bike riders, we loved the location of this hotel. It is perfectly situated close to everything in the DT Houston area, making it convenient for us to explore the city on our bikes. The charming old-world feel of the hotel added to its appeal. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast options were satisfying and provided a good start to our day of biking.

The noise from the industrial area in southeast Houston was a slight inconvenience during our stay.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel! Loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the festive decorations around the place. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. Also, loved the complimentary breakfast in bed!

The elevator was a bit slow and sometimes crowded, but that's probably because the hotel was fully booked during the holiday season. Also, the gym was a bit small, but still had all the equipment I needed to keep up with my workouts. had a great stay!

The hotel had a fun bar and the staff made us feel welcome. Valet parking was available and the rooms were clean with a nice balcony.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. Firstly, there was a lack of coffee available downstairs, which was a letdown when I was craving a cup after leaving the room. Secondly, we weren't able to spend as much time at the hotel as we would have liked, as we had to leave early. I would have loved to experience more of the hotel's amenities and see what else it had to offer.

A very calming property. I was immediately struck by the calming ambiance of the lobby. Unlike other chain hotels, it had an intimate layout that created a sense of tranquility. The leisurely elevator rides added to the relaxed atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, making me feel *phew* every time I returned from work. The amenities were top-notch, with fluffy slippers and a comfy bed. While the restaurant left something to be desired, there was a fantastic oyster bar next door that I highly recommend.

This hotel provided an incredible luxurious stay! We were blown away by the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun terrace which made our relaxation experience unforgettable. The Spa & wellness centre was a dream with wonderful spa lounge and massage services available. The staff was exceptional, making us feel at home with their courteous and friendly attitude, while the restaurant had delicious special diet menus that were perfect for us.

We had a minor issue with the room's private facilities, but it was fixed immediately. The beach umbrellas in the room were old and broken, but the hotel quickly replaced them upon our request. we loved this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and exclusive experience.
