We had a great stay at the Surf Beach Motel. the upgrades to the café, bar, and sun patio were very nice and we can imagine the rooms will match one day. the three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and full kitchen provided a great amount of space at a great price. the motel has an excellent location with easy beach access. It's an old and quirky place, perfect for little kids. the staff were friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed the restaurant attached to the motel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

As women traveling alone, we felt welcomed and safe at this renovated motel. The staff members we encountered, including Lance, Chris, and Garland, were all friendly, efficient, and professional. The location of the motel, close to the highway and beach, was convenient. The rooms were spacious, with a large living room, kitchen, and dining room, perfect for small families with kids. The accessibility features, such as a hand-held shower and no stairs to climb, were appreciated.

Loved the retro feel, clean rooms, new mattresses, hot shower, and cold fridge. Awesome bar/restaurant with great food and staff. Perfect location across the street from the beach, with on-site restaurant/bar and live music. Clean and updated room with kitchen area. Friendly staff and great value.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our stay at Surf Beach Motel, we encountered a small issue with the shower. It was moldy and in need of cleaning. However, the management promptly addressed our concern and offered us a refund. The restaurant and bar on-site were amazing, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Despite the slight inconvenience, I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly atmosphere. I had a pleasant experience at Surf Beach Motel.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the menu prices. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making us feel like we were at a high-end resort. This was definitely the best hotel of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. the small kitchen in the room was a pleasant surprise and would have been useful for longer stays.

The bathroom was cramped and the shower stall was tiny. the lack of power outlets in the room was inconvenient, especially for charging devices.

The staff were friendly & efficient. The room was tidy, well-appointed, with a good-sized bathroom. The beach access was right across the street and convenient. There was a small parking lot closer to the boardwalk for easy access with our belongings. I would definitely stay here again.

Hard to think of anything negative.

The room was tastefully decorated and cozy, creating a warm atmosphere. the friendly staff made check, in a breeze and offered us a great deal. the motel was conveniently located near the beach, allowing us to easily walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Another plus was the live band at the restaurant, making our stay even more lively and fun, filled.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the toiletries provided were quite small, which was a bit inconvenient for someone like me who forgot to bring their own.
