I recently stayed at a charmingly English hotel in Bloomfield Hills during my move from one home to another. The staff, especially the bellman, car service, and housekeeper, were friendly and welcoming. The room service was awesome, with delicious food. The decor maintained its English charm, and the rooms were huge, including a separate sitting area. The bathroom was large and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was great, and the bartenders at Rugby Grille were fantastic.

The restaurant downstairs in the lobby fills up quickly with reservations from outside guests, making it difficult for hotel guests to get a table without a reservation. the TV in the bedroom would randomly shut off, causing inconvenience.

I really felt like I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, light, and airy - just the perfect retreat. The location was also fantastic, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. And the staff? They were smart, helpful, and incredibly kind.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We felt safe with the well-lit surroundings and attentive staff. The Concierge Staff went above and beyond in helping us retrieve a valuable item we left behind, delivering it across the state within 30 minutes. The bedding was top-notch, with crisp clean sheets and a cozy down duvet. The turn down service and chocolates were a lovely touch. The staff were smart, helpful, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
