We loved our stay here. The room was well-organized, with a big TV and a remodeled look. The staff was excellent, providing great service and being very friendly. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the convenience of room service. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game and explore the nearby Charles River. We also appreciated being close to the vibrant Newbury Street and other attractions and shops. Additionally, the hotel had in-and-out 24-hour parking for a reasonable price of $42 and easy access to the metro without having to leave the air-conditioned comfort.

For a Red Sox game at Fenway, Hilton Boston Back Bay is perfectly located for easy walking access. It's also conveniently close to Newbury Street with its great restaurants and shops, as well as Boston Common. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and adjustable temperature. The lobby bar is lively and the front desk staff is helpful and courteous.

The hotel's WiFi can be slow and intermittent.

The location of this hotel was superb, with a great selection of shops right next to it. I also loved how close it was to the Prudential shopping mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that any issues I reported were promptly addressed. The rooms were comfortable and had a good layout, and I particularly enjoyed the automated window curtains decor.

The gym was great and the internet worked perfectly. The executive lounge was well-stocked too. The parking was convenient and easy to access. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was wonderful.
