I recently stayed at The Westin Arlington Gateway for a week-long business trip. The hotel was incredibly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer and iron in the room. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee that was available in the room every morning. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 6-minute walk to the metro station, making it quick and easy to get downtown in less than 20 minutes. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, and there were malls nearby for those interested in shopping. The staff was courteous and accommodating, even helping us switch rooms when needed. a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a well-equipped fitness center. These amenities added to the overall positive experience and made our stay enjoyable.

The floors seemed to have stains and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was quite off-putting. We also noticed some stains on the sheets and towels, and despite mentioning it to the front desk, the issue wasn't fully resolved.

Well-located hotel with friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with great sound insulation, large rain shower. The fitness center offers free earbuds and other complementary services. Fruit-infused water in the lobby is a nice touch. Many dining options and a Target nearby.
