We were very impressed with our stay here! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a deluxe room and found out this place has a sky bridge that takes you straight into the Civic Center. The location is just off downtown core across the street from the venue, which is very convenient if attending any event there. The staff here are quick and efficient, making our check-in and valet parking seamless. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a television. We also enjoyed the great coffee spot in the morning and had a fantastic time lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on the sun terrace.

The hotel even had a sky bridge that connected directly to the BJCC, saving us time and hassle. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The free parking and Uptown plaza with various food options made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in at 3:00 and check-out at noon were also convenient.

The location of the hotel is great, situated near Uptown restaurants on the outskirts of downtown. The staff was friendly, willing to strike up a quick conversation to make sure everything was going well. The rooms had plenty of space to store clothes, iron, and a safe.
