Made me feel like royalty! 🌟 breakfast was delightful with classic eggs and bacon. the location near the hudson river and eateries is a dream. Staff, especially gabriel, were super helpful. Only drawback: room was a tad small.

The compact yet brilliantly designed rooms at Arlo SoHo were a delightful surprise. Facing the city view room, the traffic noise was noticeable, but the terrace offered stunning views of the city. the outdoor "shower pod" was a unique feature that added a touch of luxury to the stay.

The daily housekeeping service had overlooked our room, and it was not made up upon our return at 4 pm after a day out. Bringing this to the attention of the reception staff did not improve their oversight.

I always return for the amazing service and convenient early check-in. It has all I need like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for my city trips.

The twin beds room I stayed in was perfect, offering a great view of the courtyard. The hotel has its own signature smell as soon as you walk in, which they even sell! The convenient location, away from the chaos, allowed for easy access to nearby subway stations. a very pretty hotel that I can't wait to come back to!

We especially loved the 24-hour snack bar in the front with its great options. Our tiny room had a huge window with an awesome view, making it feel like our very own NYC treehouse. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the clever use of space with storage under the bed. Additionally, we asked for a late checkout, and the staff sorted it immediately. this hotel is far less pretentious than others we've experienced, such as The Standard.
