We had a fantastic stay! Best aspects were the friendly staff, clean room, and delicious drinks. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was convenient, with a great restaurant for our dinner reservation. The breakfast was tasty and served quickly. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the main highway out of town and just a short distance from downtown activities. We loved how easy it was to explore the city and visit great restaurants and attractions nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at the Westin. The bathroom was clean and lovely, with an amazing shower. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with attractions such as Ruby Falls, the Aquarium, and Lookout Mountain within a short distance. The rooftop pool was a great feature, especially at night. I had a pleasant experience at the Westin and would consider staying here again.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was totally worth it. The room was super comfortable and had a beautiful view. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

The hotel interior design was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. The staff greeted us with smiles and the location was perfect.

The amenities at the Westin were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the patio courtyard, lounge upstairs, and the cabanas by the pool. The updated shower in my room was a nice touch, and the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location made it convenient to walk to many attractions, and I appreciated being able to sync my personal playlist to the smart TV in the room. I had a great trip and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I did encounter a small issue with the room. There was an odd odor when I first entered, and the shower wasn't perfectly clean upon arrival.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions in the area.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our overall experience. we were disappointed with the view from our room.
