My friends and I stayed at The Westin for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the river. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the location was perfect - within walking distance of the French Market, steamboat dock, Bourbon Street, and even the aquarium. We also appreciated the safe parking garage and the convenience of nearby shopping. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is amazing, right above a shopping center and close to popular attractions like the aquarium and French Quarter. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and we even recognized familiar faces from previous visits. The view from the lobby was breathtaking, overlooking the river.

I recently stayed at The Westin in downtown and it was a wonderful experience. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to the cruise port and within walking distance to the Aquarium and outlet mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the nice atmosphere of the sitting room in the lobby, which offered beautiful views. The complimentary sweet tea in the lobby was delicious, and the infused lemon water was a refreshing touch. a fantastic hotel with great amenities and a prime location.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious and modern, with a sparkling new bath. I particularly loved the comfortable chairs by the window, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were all friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated right next to a mall, offering easy access to shops and activities.

We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with a mall right beneath us and everything within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the amazing views from our room overlooking the city and nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, from the staff at the reception desk to the bar and doorman. They were all very friendly and professional. In addition, the room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel was located very conveniently close to the shopping mall and everything we wanted to do in the city. We could easily cross the railway tracks to access other areas. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Moreover, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was equipped with modern facilities.

Great central location, easy access to everything. The view from my room was amazing,I could see the ships coming in and out. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. They were able to quickly assist me when the lock on my door malfunctioned. Overall I had a positive stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Firstly, being near the train tracks meant that we occasionally heard the train's whistle at night, which disrupted our sleep. Secondly, the pillows provided were a bit too soft for our liking. However, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this beautiful hotel.
