We loved our stay at The Westin! The hotel's location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance, including food, entertainment, shopping. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was just the right size. The parking was easily accessible and convenient to pay for. Plus, being located over a mall made shopping a breeze.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is right on the Mississippi river, which provided amazing views. we enjoyed the helpfulness of the concierge and the stunning lobby view extending into the restaurant. The king suite had great amenities, especially the shower. Though the room view could have been better, we didn't spend much time there. a fantastic stay at Westin, and we'll be back!

I recently stayed at The Westin in downtown and it was a wonderful experience. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to the cruise port and within walking distance to the Aquarium and outlet mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the nice atmosphere of the sitting room in the lobby, which offered beautiful views. The complimentary sweet tea in the lobby was delicious, and the infused lemon water was a refreshing touch. a fantastic hotel with great amenities and a prime location.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious and modern, with a sparkling new bath. I particularly loved the comfortable chairs by the window, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were all friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated right next to a mall, offering easy access to shops and activities.
