We had an amazing stay in this city! The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants by City Hall in Downtown LA. The staff was excellent, from the front desk to the happy hour staff, buffet staff, housekeeping staff, and shuttle driver. They were all very accommodating and quick to assist us. The rooms were clean and the newly remodeled bathroom was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay! The bed was big and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal, as it was very close to some awesome restaurants and shops. Plus, it was just a pleasant walk to the town center and Old Town. The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The staff here were super nice and eager to please. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great gym and a nice pool area on the fourth floor, away from any street noise. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the freeway system. I loved being close to Old Town Pasadena and The Paseo, where there was plenty to do. Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

Comfortable beds and great restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast vouchers the front desk clerk gave us to make up for the room mix-up. Walls are a bit thin, but not a dealbreaker. we enjoyed our stay at Westin.

Our recent Easter stay at a hotel in Pasadena was overall a pleasant experience. the first positive aspect was the comfortable and well-maintained rooms. the bed was cozy and the room was neat and clean. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer our questions and provide assistance. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area.

There were a couple of negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. there were additional charges for various services, including internet access and parking.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pasadena and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the cozy bed and well-regulated temperature. The view of the mountains from my upgraded room was stunning. The staff, especially the helpful outside seating restaurant staff, were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the convenience of being able to charge my laptop using the outside plugs. Excellent location, convenient parking garage layout. Room and amenities, plus shuttle service to nearby auditorium, were all top-notch. Very comfortable bed, spacious room with plenty of outlets. Clean and well-lit bathroom, enjoyed the hotel restaurant's tasty breakfast. Good temperature control and ventilation. Fitness room had impressive equipment, including Life Fitness upper body machines.

The room was clean and the overall look of the hotel was beautiful, with a stunning view from the window. the bathroom was nicely designed, featuring a rainfall shower and a mirror bordered with light. the bed was really comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. the staff were friendly and attentive, even providing a bandaid for a cut I had.

There were several aspects of my stay that I disliked. First, the service was lacking.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with a spotless room and well-maintained facilities. The convenient location to shops and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The shuttle service to the Pasadena auditorium was a major plus, especially for attending events. We also appreciated having a sports bar and restaurant right on-site, which we frequented during our stay.
