i previously stayed in pasadena and this time during the christmas party, the experience was delightful. the gorgeous decorations in the lobby truly enhanced our stay, and i loved the wonderful food served. the staff was friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

the room lighting was inadequate and dim.

Loved the charming decor and the staff were just wonderful, especially David Torres! He really helped me with my bags like a total pro, and the room was super spacious—felt like a little luxury escape, ja!

But the WiFi was a bit slow, which was a bummer when I wanted to check my emails, ag man.

the room lighting was horrendous, with non-working fixtures leaving me in the dark. i attempted to enjoy room service but received a breakfast in a brown bag for $33.00, an absolute rip-off! i also expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but alas, nothing. almost gave this place a decent review, but just couldn’t.

Bathroom maintenance could be better. otherwise, nice stay.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience! The Westin Heavenly Bed cradled me like a dream, and I adored the beautiful real orchids adorning the common areas. Plus, the complimentary local shuttle made exploring nearby cafes and restaurants a breeze!

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The elevators were excruciatingly slow, often making me wait over 3 minutes to get to my room. Additionally, the fitness center was poorly ventilated, with no air movement, making my workouts uncomfortable.

Ope, I gotta tell ya—the rooftop pool was a real beauty! Watching the sun dip down over Pasadena was just so calming. The staff? Hands down some of the friendliest folks I've met, especially Norman at breakfast, always keepin' my coffee full. And that French toast with fresh berries? To die for!

the bathroom was a bit dated with only the sink updated. however, the rooftop pool was stunning and incredibly clean. breakfast options were delicious, especially the french toast with fresh berries, and the staff provided exceptional service.

the staff was incredibly helpful! they even opened the gift shop when I was looking in the window! room service was prompt, and the outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind. if you appreciate the charm of old town, this location is fantastic.

Stayed in a Classic King Guest Room and it was super comfy! The bed was amazing, really felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had nice products, and the room itself had plenty of storage space. Everything was clean and well-furnished. Also, loved that there was a fridge in the room. Only bummer was the room could have used more lighting. But overall, a great spot!
