We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a cozy getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to the river and all the nearby activities. We also enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel pampered throughout our stay.

We had to pay a steep price for a simple cup of coffee and croissant, which should have been included in the room rate. Additionally, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable about basic needs like replenishing toilet paper, which was frustrating.

This hotel is conveniently located near the riverfront and riverwalk, making it a great choice for those who want to explore the area. There are also many restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and adjustable temperature controls. The bathrooms are well-equipped with ample counter space and hot showers. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, there is a fitness center with modern equipment and a small swimming pool.

One downside is the lack of clean towels and housekeeping service during a guest's stay.

The Westin Wilmington exceeded my expectations with its beautiful and modern lobby decorated for Christmas. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff provided excellent luggage assistance. The room was spacious, clean, and had a calming lavender sleep oil for relaxation. The restaurant offered great food options and accommodated my dietary needs. The location was convenient, close to downtown and the River walk for leisurely walks or jogs. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym, indoor pool, and free parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The staff member at check-in was very accommodating, offering me free WiFi even though they couldn't find my rewards account. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the climate control was just right. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were helpful and nice. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Room service was prompt, and we enjoyed a delicious Valentine's Day breakfast in bed. The shower was great, and the gym was amazing. The location was ideal, with easy access to Rt. 95 and downtown. I'm looking forward to returning in the warmer months to enjoy the river and catch a ballgame.

We had a great stay at The Westin in Wilmington! James at check-in was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home after a long drive. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Wilmington Riverwalk. The bed was cozy, and it was nice that the cleaning staff tidied up and left a tip for them. The breakfast was delicious, just make sure to get your vouchers at check-in. we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, as we were right next to the Fitness Center and within walking distance of the beautiful Riverwalk and the Wilmington waterfront. We didn't need to use our car at all during our stay, as there were plenty of restaurants nearby and everything we needed was within easy reach. the hotel facilities and the convenient location made our stay very enjoyable.

This place is absolutely incredible. The location is perfect, being slightly outside the center of town but still close to a variety of restaurants and attractions. I loved that I could easily walk to the town center and enjoy the restaurants and bars, as well as take a relaxing stroll along the beautiful riverside path. Whether you're here for leisure or business, this venue is ideal. Even if you need to go into the nearby city for work, it's a breeze to commute to Philly. The staff were very professional and courteous, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is trying to revitalize itself and it shows in the quality of the amenities and the overall experience.

I had a slight inconvenience during my stay when the staff mistakenly provided an unknown male with a key to my room in the middle of the night. However, this doesn't overshadow the fact that this hotel is still highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is located in a great spot, just outside the center of town and right next to the park. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it's super convenient for getting a bite to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a coffee maker. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I also loved the indoor swimming pool, it was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and comfort.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access from Rt. 95 and close proximity to downtown. We loved being able to explore the city and also take in a ballgame. Additionally, the staff provided great customer service and made us feel welcomed and pampered during our stay.

Some of the rooms near the elevator experienced mechanical noises that were disturbing, especially for my wife. The check-in process was also more problematic than expected, and there was some confusion regarding the opening hours of the lobby restaurant.
