We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was bright, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was attentive and polite. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful garden tub in the changing room. We also had a partial view of the city, which was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we even had complimentary valet parking for the night. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the Houston Passport Agency and all the sights, museums, and restaurants that we wanted to visit. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location of this hotel were excellent.

The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise - a sit-down meal with a menu and great service. The refurbished room was attractive and reasonably priced. The lobby had a nice ambiance, and the downtown shuttle was very helpful. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were promptly cleaned. a classy hotel with a great experience.
