The hotel is very nice with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is professional and the location is great. There are three restaurants within the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown restaurants. Our room was clean, and we appreciated the classic decor. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the convenience of having USB power chargers in the room. our stay at The Whitehall was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Whitehall, a top-class hotel in a fantastic location. the check-in was efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room layout was perfect, with comfortable beds and a clean environment. the hostess at the restaurant was incredibly helpful in choosing our meal, going out of her way to ensure we had a great dining experience. the valet service was professional, and the front desk staff made check-in a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was bright, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was attentive and polite. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful garden tub in the changing room. We also had a partial view of the city, which was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we even had complimentary valet parking for the night. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the Houston Passport Agency and all the sights, museums, and restaurants that we wanted to visit. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location of this hotel were excellent.

The front desk staff were also fantastic, making check-in fast and easy. The outdoor patio bar was a lovely spot to relax. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a friendly front desk agent and excellent staff. The location was perfect and the view of Houston was excellent. The New Year celebration on the patio with live music was a great experience. The property was modern and stylish, with easy access to the highway.

The hotel had a great location, close to sports venues and midtown. It was convenient to have a shuttle available for the downtown area, so we didn't have to drive around. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the outdoor bar with delicious drinks and a light bite before the game. the coffee bar on the second floor was a nice touch, providing pastries and a variety of milk options for drinks. breakfast was prompt and tasty.

The hotel room was definitely dated. the heat in my room didn't work and the shower stream was inconsistent, almost like the water was being shut off.

The concierge went above and beyond and ironed our shirts during our conference stay. This personalized service made up for any minor inconveniences we experienced. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, very close to downtown and all its attractions. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and had all the amenities we expected, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a great area downtown and has beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, refrigerators, microwaves, and baths. The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to make your stay great. Plus, the breakfast at the in-house restaurant is everything you need to start your day.
