I recently stayed at Hotel Chimayo in Sante Fe for 3 nights. The location was perfect, just steps away from the plaza yet on a quiet street. The staff, especially Ernesto and Ruben, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, with chili ristras hanging everywhere, and our room was stunning with a cozy Kiva fireplace. The service was outstanding, from the manager helping us with our luggage to the front desk employee's restaurant recommendations. I can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was superb, just half a block from the plaza and within easy walking distance of shopping, dining, museums, and other activities. We didn't even need our car until it was time to go home. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and helpful support personnel. They even gave us a 25-minute late wake-up call one day. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to air conditioning. The on-site dining options were also convenient, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area to enjoy. We loved the swimming pool and the garden area, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. this place provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although our stay was great, we did encounter a few minor issues. The French doors in our room were poorly fitted, which allowed leaves to blow in and accumulate inside.

The vintage southwest feel of the place was so appealing, especially the indoor fireplace in the lobby. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the area and made excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the city. The comfort level was outstanding, with a spacious room, a cozy fireplace, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location near the city center and convenient parking. the staff was friendly and provided attentive service. the Southwest decor was charming and added to the overall atmosphere. Enjoyed the bar and the friendly staff. the hotel had a more comfortable and homey feel compared to larger resorts.

Breakfast was not included, which was disappointing. the exterior of the hotel was in need of maintenance, such as loose railing and peeling paint.
