I recently stayed at this lovely historic property and adored the beautiful room with its four-poster bed and the delicious breakfast options. Though the water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent, I’d definitely return for the cozy vibes and great service!

The pool area needs resurfacing!!! Limited parking availability causes frustration during busy times!!! Cleanliness could be improved, especially concerning bathroom fixtures and general maintenance!!! Rooms show signs of wear, particularly with outdated decor!!!

The Willcox offered a delightful dining experience with comfort food like shrimp and grits that stood out. The service was attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. However, some room features, such as a non-working fireplace and service inconsistencies at the bar, need improvement. This hotel is ideal for a short getaway in Aiken, especially with its charming lobby and live music.

Chur! Our stay was sweet as, but the shower water temp kept fluctuating, which was a bit annoying. Loved the comfy bed and warm lobby ambiance. Would come back!

Braw wee place, loved sittin' by the lobby fireplace with a proper drink in hand! The staff were pure brilliant, made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent with made-to-order options. Only downside was the hot water in the shower—bit spotty. Overall, a cracker of a stay!

The live music on Thursday made my evening memorable. I felt welcomed as I checked in with a glass of Champagne. My cozy room with a luxurious bed made for a great night. I enjoyed the morning breakfast that was outstanding. I appreciated the local charm in the area with shops and gardens nearby, perfect for a stroll. As an art historian, I found the vibe inspiring.

The staff was attentive! Breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options that left a lasting impression.

Service lacked consistency at the restaurant, with certain meal orders being mismanaged! Some rooms felt outdated, excessively showing wear and tear.

It was just a decent option for a short staycation in Aiken with great value. The shrimp and grits I ordered were out of this world, making for a memorable meal. Try to get a room closer to the lobby for better Wi-Fi reception.

While the service shines and dining options excite, the accommodations leave much to be desired. Outdated decor, flat pillows, and cleanliness issues don’t align with the warm atmosphere. Communication during check-in appears lacking, creating a rocky start. More attention to room maintenance and upgrades would elevate the experience significantly.

The salt water pool was beautiful, and cocktails in the lobby were reasonably priced. Our junior suite had incredible cozy vibes. We felt at home right away.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

Had an amazing time with friends at this historic hotel! We enjoyed the Performing Arts Festival and took a guided historic tour of the area. The restaurant was top-notch, and the spa was incredible. Definitely recommend trying the hydrotherapy and massage!

One downside was my room was cramped, and the bathroom was awkward with cracked tiles, which made it tough at night.
