The cozy and tucked away hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff greeted us warmly and offered complimentary champagne during check-in. The massage session was pleasant and the dinner was delicious. The pool area was beautiful and the room was perfect with a comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. A great place for romance and relaxation.

Our room was ready early, a pleasant surprise. The management team quickly resolved any issues and moved us to a larger room. The dinner we had at the hotel was delightful. the staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Despite a few minor issues, like a sinking bed and a shower flood, the hotel promptly addressed and resolved them. The pricing discrepancy was handled to our satisfaction without any challenges.

The rooms were comfortably furnished, and I immediately felt at home. One of the highlights of my stay was dining in the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding, from the bread to the appetizers and entrées. But what truly made my dining experience exceptional was the incredible service from my server, Ebony. She provided excellent drink and entrée recommendations and was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. Her friendly smile made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel surprised us with an upgrade to the best suite available upon learning it was our honeymoon. the room was amazing and truly made our stay special. the hotel had a classy and upscale atmosphere, exuding professionalism. the staff with English accents added to the charm.

The breakfast service left much to be desired. the limited selection and incorrect orders were disappointing.

Our stay at The Willcox in Aiken was worth every penny. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and luxurious bathrobes. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going out of their way to find us a "safe" table and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One thing that could have made breakfast even better would be a wider variety of breakfast items.
