Great location and friendly staff. Parking situation was frustrating.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Downtown for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with transportation and providing directions to popular attractions. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to walk to the Space Needle and find great places to eat. We also appreciated the convenience of a nearby bus stop for our trip to the baseball stadium. Although our room wasn't ready upon arrival, the front desk was accommodating and even comped our parking.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting for medical treatment. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and storing our luggage until our room was ready. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed including a fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of outlets. The restaurant on-site offered delicious meals with excellent service. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The bed at Holiday Inn was incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and enjoyable night's sleep. The underground parking added an extra layer of security to our stay. The staff at the little restaurant were exceptionally sweet and welcoming.

As low-budget travelers, my partner and I were thrilled with the helpful staff who accommodated our multiple changes with a smile. Evan, in particular, was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks away from popular attractions like Seattle Center, Space Needle, and the Museum of Pop Culture. The front desk staff were courteous and graciously switched our room to one with two double beds when we accidentally booked a room with one bed. The recently renovated rooms and lobby areas were well-maintained and comfortable.

The waterfront is also accessible by foot, making it a great spot to spend some leisurely time. The hotel rooms are clean with great service. The rooms have all the modern facilities you'd expect, with a well-organized kitchenette and ample towels and toiletries.

There seems to be an issue with the damage deposit. Previous guests have reported that it wasn't returned promptly.

Had a great Christmas stay in the heart of the city. Super convenient location, just a short walk to all the major attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Market. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the beds were comfortable and we had a cozy room. Plus, the shower was amazing! Perfect water pressure and hot water. Made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was that our room faced a construction site. It was a bit noisy during the day, so make sure to request a room away from the construction.

Traveling with my family, we had a perfect location near the Seattle Center and downtown. The spacious room with two "sub-rooms" was comfortable for all of us. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage for free. We also found a great restaurant just a few blocks away.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. Though the hotel is a little older, it was overall clean and tidy. Convenient location made it easy to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for a Seattle getaway.
