I stayed for a couple of nights due to medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The location was undeniably convenient, with easy access to the clinic which was a relief for my family. However, I found the facilities dated and inconsistent. some rooms were charming while others felt tired and boxy. I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed, but sadly, the experience was a bit hit or miss in terms of amenities.

Excellent access to Mayo facilities and various restaurants via the subway, making it convenient in any weather.

Room cleanliness was lacking, with unvacuumed floors and issues with maintenance. Some staff interactions felt indifferent, detracting from a comfortable experience.

absolutely horrendous! the curtains in my room were filthy and wouldn't open. The bathroom was impossibly tiny, woudl ve been better suited for a dollhouse. I also couldn't believe that no one even checked on the pool area for my comfort as I soaked for hours! I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The parking situation is a total mess!!! Valet service is disorganized with cars everywhere!!! Room cleanliness is inconsistent with unvacuumed floors and old furnishings. Better communication about amenities is needed!!!

Rooms need better cleanliness and maintenance, especially concerning restroom functionality!!! Parking situation could use clearer communication and more availability!!! WiFi quality was inconsistent and sometimes frustrating!!! Noise from the environment can be disruptive!!!

The staff was incredibly accommodating (David made everything smoother! ). The location is super convenient for those visiting the Mayo Clinic, and having a bar/lounge was a great way to unwind after a long day.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent and the parking fees could be clearer (a bit annoying, honestly).

I finally found someone at the hotel named David who was super helpful, like a calm in my storm. And he even went the extra mile when I needed info about the shuttle service, he was a lifesaver.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the situation, the stay was acceptable overall.
