We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We were really impressed with the parking and transportation options available. The hotel's location in the shop behind the check-in desk was so convenient, especially being next to the venue we were attending an event at. It made it a breeze for us to get to everything from dinner to a movie. The staff, from the waitstaff to the valet staff, were all outstanding. They were accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a concert I was attending. The location was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful waterway running next to the hotel. It felt like a romantic and scenic walk straight to the venue. The staff provided impeccable Southern hospitality, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was even better than expected, with spacious accommodations and a breathtaking view of the waterway from the 9th floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the large TV added to the overall luxury. The staff also went above and beyond by offering pizza, sandwiches, and drinks after the concert. The food at the on-site restaurant was incredible and I even received a coupon from the friendly greeter at the hotel entrance. the location, service, and amenities made for a perfect stay.

The hotel's close proximity to the concert pavilion was a major plus for me. the sky bridge connecting the hotel to the offsite parking lot meant I didn't have to deal with long queues or traffic congestion. It made attending the concert much more convenient. the room I stayed in was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean. Everything in the room worked well, including the safe and the keurig coffee machine. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant overall.

The valet service was a bit of an issue for me. When I arrived, the valet insisted on taking my car keys even though I was just checking in and planning to use the offsite parking.

I came for a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion and the hotel's location was perfect. Walking down the waterway to get to the concert was convenient and beautiful. The staff was attentive, offering food and drinks to VIP guests. The food at the Tuscany was delicious and I even received a coupon from the friendly lady at the hotel entrance. a great stay.

The room service was top-notch, and the amenities like the swimming pool and spa centre were perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks downstairs in the bar. I recently stayed at this palatial hotel for a concert at the Pavilion. The location is perfect, right next to the venue. The rooms are spacious and the hotel staff is friendly and polite. The bellhops are always ready to assist you. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying drinks by the outdoor fire pits at night, a lovely touch. I also appreciated the good coffee in the room and the venti Americano from downstairs in the morning.

The mattress was old and very saggy, leading to discomfort throughout the night. the staff, despite being friendly, was not knowledgeable about the local attractions, which made it hard to plan our activities.

Fantastic location right on the Trolley run. Spa experience was great, although pricey. Convenient walk to the Pavillion for concerts.
