The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the free covered parking was a great bonus, especially since parking can be expensive in the city.

The hotel itself felt old and in need of renovation. the beds, sheets, and bathroom all showed signs of wear and tear.

Additionally, it is in a nice area, perfect for a girls night out or just a relaxing getaway.

One negative aspect is that there may not be enough power outlets or USB power outlets in the rooms, which could be inconvenient for charging multiple devices or using electronics.

I gotta say, we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was just the right size and had everything we needed. The location was awesome, so close to everything downtown. And the staff really went above and beyond to help us out.

The room was well-equipped and had a great design, with a full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette. The TV had a program guide, and they even had NFL Network, YouTube, and Pandora. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from downtown and close to Lenox Square Mall. it was a fantastic stay!

Andre even drove me to the store and to an amazing restaurant. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast and Tuesday night happy hours. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and great amenities.

The only drawback of my stay was that the finishes in the room looked a bit tired and could use updating. Also, the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but that is to be expected with sofa beds.
