I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Buckhead for a 2-night getaway. The staff was amazing, especially Ebony Montgomery, the GM. The room was well-equipped and had a great design, with a full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette. The TV had a program guide, and they even had NFL Network, YouTube, and Pandora. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from downtown and close to Lenox Square Mall. it was a fantastic stay!

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. The manager, Ebony, greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Ms. Betty provided fantastic recommendations and made me feel like part of the family. Andre even drove me to the store and to an amazing restaurant. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast and Tuesday night happy hours. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and great amenities.

The only drawback of my stay was that the finishes in the room looked a bit tired and could use updating. Also, the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but that is to be expected with sofa beds.

Excellent Location: This hotel is conveniently situated in the Buckhead area, which was absolutely wonderful. It provided a quiet and peaceful environment, yet was close to everything we needed. From the friendly and professional receptionist who made our check-in a breeze, to the attentive personnel who were always ready to assist with our needs, they truly made us feel welcome. Basic Amenities: The room we stayed in was clean and pleasant, with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the inclusion of a fully equipped kitchenette was a bonus.

No major issues, all was satisfactory.

Convenient Location and Excellent Service

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Buckhead. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shopping just across the street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed. Even though the fire alarm went off a few times during the night, the situation was handled promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.

The hotel is located right in the Buckhead area, which is a great location for exploring and enjoying the city. It is close to Target, Starbucks, and several restaurants, making it convenient for grabbing essentials or grabbing a bite to eat. Additionally, it is in a nice area, perfect for a girls night out or just a relaxing getaway.

One negative aspect is that there may not be enough power outlets or USB power outlets in the rooms, which could be inconvenient for charging multiple devices or using electronics.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Buckhead area, with easy access to shops and amenities. The staff here go above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel welcomed and valued. The rooms are well-appointed and offer beautiful views. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great way to start the day.
