I had a delightful experience at the Towneplace Suites Atlanta Buckhead. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. I particularly loved how accommodating Betty was at checkout! The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of options to start the day right. Also, it was great that the hotel offers a shuttle service to the Marta transit system, making exploring Atlanta super convenient! 🚌

The gym is quite small and could use additional equipment.

The hotel was in a fantastic location near Buckhead, making it easy to explore the area. Betty at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home!

However, the fitness center left something to be desired as it needed more equipment. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and sometimes items ran out quickly, leading to a bit of a wait.

the location is super convenient, being close to everything in buckhead. the front desk staff is really friendly and helpful, especially odette, she's a total rock star! our room was clean and comfy, we got plenty of rest during our stay. also, the breakfast had a lot of options and stayed stocked up, we never waited for food.

the gym is tiny with limited equipment and the street noise at night can be pretty loud, especially on weekends.

On the downside, the overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit worn out inside, with some dated decor that could use a refresh. The TV reception in the living room was disappointing, offering limited channels that made it hard to find something decent to watch. Additionally, the large AC units outside the window were louder than expected, making it tough to fully relax and enjoy the space. Also, the shuttle service had specific hours, forcing a long walk to the MARTA station when it wasn’t available.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We had time to explore the Atlanta Beltline and East Lake Golf Club, both great spots for fun activities. The staff were helpful and made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the clean rooms and kitchen facilities for meals!

One thing to note, we encountered some issues with window leaks during a storm that affected our experience, which was disappointing.

The cleanliness was spot-on , and the breakfast area was consistently stocked, which is a big plus. The staff really stood out. they were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was good during our stay.
