The amenities were luxurious, including a heated towel rack and premium toiletries. Piotr, the nighttime manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind, offering a room upgrade and making restaurant reservations. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel was quiet and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel also provided convenient services, such as computer access in the lobby and transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this Mgallery hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The amenities in the room were outstanding, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was perfectly situated near the shops, bars, and transportation. The rooms were comfy with nice toiletries and bedding. The breakfast buffet was also good with plenty of options including a gluten-free section. The huge spiral staircase in the middle of the building looks stunning and gives a modern feel to traditional architecture. a great experience worth returning again.

Upon entering my room, I discovered a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice with a handwritten note from the Hotel Director, congratulating me on my wedding anniversary. The small gesture made me feel truly special and appreciated.
