The hotel had a charming blend of historic and modern design, with a Neo-Baroque exterior and a completely modern interior. The room on the 6th floor was newly refurbished and smelled brand new. The amenities were luxurious, including a heated towel rack and premium toiletries. Piotr, the nighttime manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind, offering a room upgrade and making restaurant reservations. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel was quiet and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel also provided convenient services, such as computer access in the lobby and transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this Mgallery hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an incredible stay at this place in the center of the city. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Old Town square, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities in the room were outstanding, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to help with any request truly made this experience exceptional.

We were also impressed by the valet parking service offered for oversized cars. the room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and well-designed facilities like a small fridge stocked with snacks and beverages. It was the perfect setting for a memorable proposal to my girlfriend.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. the hotel was perfectly situated near the shops, bars, and transportation. the rooms were comfy with nice toiletries and bedding. the breakfast buffet was also good with plenty of options including a gluten-free section. the huge spiral staircase in the middle of the building looks stunning and gives a modern feel to traditional architecture. a great experience worth returning again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at Mgallery. Upon entering my room, I discovered a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice with a handwritten note from the Hotel Director, congratulating me on my wedding anniversary. The small gesture made me feel truly special and appreciated.

The room itself was nicely decorated, although slightly on the smaller side. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave each morning.
