I got great value for my money at Towneplace Suites. The room was clean, modern, and spacious for three adults. The location was perfect, away from busy streets but still close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, professional, and even helped us with directions to avoid construction traffic.

The morning meal could have been improved with a larger eating area.

It was situated away from the busy streets, yet close enough to access the Wilmington area easily. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Wrightsville Beach public boat ramp made it even more convenient for me. a fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Wilmington area. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all that the area has to offer. I loved the attention to detail in the room, with its modern and inviting interior. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, just like Charmagne at the front desk who recommended a great restaurant for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable, complete with two queen beds and a full kitchen. It was great value for money, providing all the basic amenities we needed, including a sofa bed. a wonderful experience.

We were disappointed with the small indoor pool, as it was crowded and difficult for our young child to swim comfortably. the cleanliness of our room was also an issue, as it was not properly cleaned and maintained.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the spacious and well-equipped rooms. the kitchenette was a great feature, allowing us to cook our own meals. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Worst aspects of our stay were the uncomfortable beds and pillows, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the small TV in the room was also a disappointment, and it was hard to read the onscreen TV guide.
