Staff was very nice and helpful with any issues.

I had some real issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my first room went out, and I had to move to another room that had a deadbolt that didn't lock. To make matters worse, the third room had unwelcome bugs. I expected better maintenance and a more streamlined experience for the price I paid.

This was an excellent fit for a brief visit in Irving and provided good value. The front desk clerk was so cheerful and remembered me by name, which made me feel special. Try to arrive early for breakfast to get the best selection of hot items.

However, the TV’s placement was like a mystery puzzle—great for sofa sitters, but a challenge for bed loungers! The hallways had a scent that said 'cooked dinner and desperate air freshener'—not the relaxing vibe I expected!

this hotel is seriously falling apart, the noise from adjacent rooms literally kept me up all night, and the breakfast situation was bizarre, I couldn't believe they ran out of butter for days, how hard can it be? I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, yet got nothing, total fail! I almost left a decent review, but just couldn’t.

I stayed in a Queen Studio with Sofa bed—that layout was pretty spacious! The kitchenette was handy, and I enjoyed the courtyard view. The clean vibe made it feel homey. The only downside? The TV wasn't great for bed watching, kinda tricky from there. But the bed was comfy enough after a long day. Definitely worth the price!

Breakfast was a highlight with fresh, hot options, perfect for enjoying in our suite. Just a tip, arrive early to grab the good options!
