Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The noise level in the suite was disruptive, attributed to single-pane windows and early morning tram activity. This impacted my overall experience negatively.

I chose this hotel for a council due to its 24-hour front desk, business center, and free WiFi, along with its spacious conference and meeting rooms, providing all necessary services for a successful business event.

The only service I missed for my work was a shuttle or car service for convenient transportation to nearby business locations.
