The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. The room’s spa tub and double shower head were fantastic, and the balcony view was a perfect spot for sunset watching. the absence of breakfast options or even coffee in the lobby felt like a big miss for a hotel that charges $150 a night. Despite the charming room, lack of amenities left me frustrated. Plus, I encountered an awkward moment when the desk checked in guests to my room while I was still there. It’s a beautiful place, but service details need attention.

The room at Starfish Manor was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a large jetted tub that was a delight. The breathtaking ocean view added to the charm. It's a peaceful retreat, though be prepared for a challenging stairway down to the beach and limited dining options nearby.

The room had a musty smell, and I found hairs everywhere. Plus, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It definitely didn’t feel welcoming or hygienic at all.

Stunning ocean views with plenty of nearby attractions

I had a great time enjoying breathtaking sunset views from my room with the hot tub right by the window, and I loved how so many parks and attractions were within a short walk, including the beautiful Connie Hansen Garden Conservancy just under a kilometer away and the Lincoln City Cultural Center around a mile down the road; while my stay was mostly enjoyable, it would have been better if the hotel offered regular room cleaning services.

The heating system seemed to have a mind of its own, making the room quite warm even without it being turned on. This made the comforter too hot for my liking, and I had to improvise with using the dust cover as a blanket. the kitchen sink faucet had a slow drip that could use fixing. the view from the room was truly exceptional, especially while relaxing in the jacuzzi tub facing the ocean. I appreciated the small table that was perfect for working on my laptop while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The friendly front office staff, particularly the younger woman, added a nice touch to the overall experience. Unfortunately, there were some inconveniences during my stay. I was disappointed to encounter issues such as a non-functioning coffee maker and a fire alarm going off when using the double-headed shower. The shower curtain was also not wide enough, causing water to leak on both sides. the pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom door didn't shut properly. Despite these drawbacks, the room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and lovely jacuzzi tub. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a highlight, providing a private and peaceful setting. The shower with two heads was a nice touch as well. there were noticeable maintenance issues like the tacking strip poking out and the difficulty in seeing out the misty windows. my stay at Starfish Manor had its ups and downs. While the location and amenities were impressive, there were areas that could use improvement in terms of maintenance and comfort. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future.

Exceptional service. Friendly staff greeted us quickly during registration. The room? Outstanding. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and a private balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. The dual shower heads and jetted tub by the window added a lovely touch, perfect for a romantic getaway. comfort fell short. The bed was excessively firm, lacking the softness needed for a good night’s sleep. Pillows were equally stiff, leaving us feeling restless. Airflow within the compact space was inadequate; an air conditioning unit would be a necessary improvement. A small lobby store for essentials would enhance convenience. The warm, inviting atmosphere and beautiful location are commendable. Just need more attention to comfort.

The hot tub added luxury on rainy evenings, while the double shower head delivered a satisfying experience. The bed was incredibly comfy. we encountered some maintenance issues—mildew in the shower and a weak deck feeling were disappointing. Limited kitchenware was a drawback, as was the lack of direct beach access. Despite these challenges, we appreciated the delicious coffee and the thoughtful birthday sign for my husband.
