I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I got great value for my money. The room was fantastic, spacious and easy to move around in, especially for someone in a wheelchair like me. The location was ideal for visiting friends in Beloit and the staff treated me like family, especially Abbie and Liz.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety, like adding a nonfat milk option and fresh fruit. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and welcoming. Checkout was easy. Natural light in the breakfast area was a nice touch.

Felt at home here, nothing was too much trouble.

Additionally, the location was convenient for us, being near truck stops and the Blackhawk Farms raceway. The outdoor patio area was a nice touch as well.

We were impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the check-in staff at Best Western. They even had a list of local restaurants ready for us! The room was clean, fresh, and well taken care of. Though the refrigerator wasn't working, it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel was quiet at night, and even during a busy checkout line, the staff remained courteous and cheerful. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and well kept, with every facility you would expect from a Best Western hotel chain. The location was peaceful and quiet, providing a nice escape. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Everything was satisfactory and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The bed was overly soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite being a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was present.
