I had an amazing stay at Springhill Suites. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The location was unbeatable, right at the top of Mass street, with easy access to nearby attractions like Free State and Lawrence Beer Company. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is easy to get to with plenty of parking, making it convenient for guests. It is also close enough to KU to make it easy to get to, yet far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. The hotel is located in a nice spot, adding to its appeal. The rooms are very quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are available. The breakfast, with its grab and go options, is good too.

The room could have had a little more for the money and could have looked sharper than it did.

The hotel is right on the Kansas river, which is a beautiful and peaceful location. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. Our room with 2 beds was clean and had plenty of clean towels and blankets. The breakfast included had a good variety of options to choose from.

The only suggestion I have for improving the breakfast items would be to ensure that the jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches are fully cooked and not frozen in the middle.

Great complementary cookies and coffee in the lobby during Christmas Eve. the location was perfect for our holiday shopping, with great access to restaurants and stores. the indoor pool and hot tub were the best aspects of our stay and made for a relaxing Christmas getaway.
