Friendly staff, top-notch cleanliness, excellent value for the price, spacious rooms.

All was perfect.

During my stay, I enjoyed being close to the mountains for skiing and near the airport. The location was convenient for exploring Asheville. The room was clean, with modern decor and a sliding bathroom door. The gym had the basics, and the breakfast was above average with complimentary coffee and headphones.

Unlike other Hilton properties, the pillows were not comfortable for me.

Clean, well-decorated hotel with friendly staff and convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Separate shower and toilet area in the room, with sliding glass doors. Our King Suite had a separate living room and kitchenette. Will definitely look for this type of hotel again in future travels.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the ample space for our bags. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in the Asheville area, including Sierra Nevada brewery. Additionally, being very close to the Asheville airport made our travel easy. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The price for one night was incredibly high, especially considering the limited options in the area. the expensive rate left us feeling a bit disappointed in the overall value of our stay.

We had a short stay at this hotel before a flight. The proximity to the airport and shuttle service were incredibly convenient. The driver promptly picked us up at 4:30 a.m. and made multiple trips to accommodate our family. Leaving our vehicles at the hotel for 7 days with no charge was a great perk. The hotel promptly picked us up again after our return trip. we had a positive experience and would use this hotel again.

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn and Suites! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even offered to pick us up from the airport and drove us to dinner. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed our conversations with the shuttle drivers. we would definitely return when in the area.

One downside was the excessive use of plastic at breakfast. It would be great if they used more sustainable options.

Close to the airport for early flights, this hotel impressed us with its great value for money. Our room was in good condition, with nice amenities and a microwave.
