I had a fantastic stay at the TownePlace Suites in Monroe! The location was perfect, with the nearby Pecanland Mall just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The self-serve breakfast options were tasty and convenient. And even though it may sound unusual, I found the sound of the long freight trains passing through at night to be strangely hypnotic. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

Conveniently located off the I20, this hotel is an ideal stop for travelers. the rooms are clean and spacious, with dark curtains that ensure a good night's sleep. the inclusion of a fridge and cooktop is a nice touch, even though we didn't use them. the breakfast provided is kid-friendly, offering a variety of options to start the day right. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, as demonstrated by the clerk who helped my granddaughter print an important document.

One downside of our stay was the incident at the pool. the disruptive guest prompted the hotel staff to call the police and evacuate everyone from the pool area, disappointing my kids.
