The staff at Triada Autograph Collection went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We arrived early but they quickly prepared our room, making us feel valued as guests. The heated pool and hot tub were a highlight, providing relaxation even in cool weather. The grounds were immaculate and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

I recently stayed at the Triada in Palm Springs for a few nights as a solo traveler. The location couldn't have been better - just minutes away from downtown, restaurants, shops, museums, and hiking trails. Despite my room facing the main street, it was incredibly cozy and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations and excellent customer service. The valet service was efficient, and the prices at the bar were very reasonable. I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.

Great facilities and amenities, including a beautiful pool area and clean rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer. An added bonus was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and confusing, with a long hike from the lobby to our room, dragging our luggage through two pool areas and up and down stairs on our own. The staff also seemed unsure of how to guide us to our room, leaving us to navigate with the baggage cart ourselves.

The hotel's location in the Movie Colony area was perfect, with shops, galleries, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite a slightly slow breakfast service on the first morning, the staff made up for it by being attentive and helpful throughout our stay. we had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend this exceptional hotel.

Not only was the location ideal, but I was also thrilled to discover that there was an Italian cafe just a short walk away, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. In addition, there were several restaurants in the movie colony, providing plenty of dining options.

That the bed was slightly uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

The room I stayed in was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was some noise from the road outside and the gates slamming at night, which made it less peaceful than I had hoped.

This place is in a great location! We were able to easily walk to the many restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. It was so convenient to have everything right at our fingertips. Additionally, this hotel is situated in the Movie Colony neighborhood, which added to the charm and appeal of the area. We loved being close to everything!
