The staff at Triada Autograph Collection went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We arrived early but they quickly prepared our room, making us feel valued as guests. The heated pool and hot tub were a highlight, providing relaxation even in cool weather. The grounds were immaculate and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

Great facilities and amenities, including a beautiful pool area and clean rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer. An added bonus was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and confusing, with a long hike from the lobby to our room, dragging our luggage through two pool areas and up and down stairs on our own. The staff also seemed unsure of how to guide us to our room, leaving us to navigate with the baggage cart ourselves.

We recently stayed at the Triada Palm Springs for a relaxing getaway. The Junior King Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were in a boutique resort. We enjoyed spending the day by the pool, ordering delicious lunch and drinks from the poolside bar. The hotel's location in the Movie Colony area was perfect, with shops, galleries, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite a slightly slow breakfast service on the first morning, the staff made up for it by being attentive and helpful throughout our stay. we had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend this exceptional hotel.

The hotel's location in the Movie Colony neighborhood is perfect, with easy access to the many restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive and being close to downtown. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to downtown and convenient for shopping and dining. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the amenities on site were a nice bonus.

The room I stayed in was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was some noise from the road outside and the gates slamming at night, which made it less peaceful than I had hoped.

This place is in a great location! We were able to easily walk to the many restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. It was so convenient to have everything right at our fingertips. Additionally, this hotel is situated in the Movie Colony neighborhood, which added to the charm and appeal of the area. We loved being close to everything!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from downtown and all the attractions. We were able to easily drive or walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. the staff provided excellent service and made our stay very pleasant.

I loved the cozy, boutique vibe of this small hotel. The spacious living room and separate bedroom were perfect for my budget traveler needs. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The location was amazing, with great breakfast options like Cheeky's and the best coffee at Ernest's coffee shop within walking distance. The nearby Mexican restaurant, El Mirasol, had a large outdoor area that was perfect for families. The hotel also had two pools and a jacuzzi, which was a great amenity.

I felt like I had stepped into a charming Spanish oasis at this quaint little hotel. The Spanish style decor and layout of the rooms and the hotel itself really transported me to another place. The 4-poster bed and beautiful tiles added a touch of elegance. The small pool in the central courtyard was a relaxing spot to unwind. Despite the slight datedness and cramped feel of the rooms, I found them cozy and comfortable. The service may not have been top-notch, but considering the affordable price, it was more than acceptable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its good value for money.
