i would have almost given this place a good review, but the 3-hour wait for my room to be cleaned ruined it! add in rude front desk staff that needed to mansplain cleaning, and my experience was just terrible. i expected a welcome gift or an upgrade for putting up with all the delays, but i guess that's too much to ask.
