Hot water was more elusive than a magician's rabbit—had to run it for 20 minutes! Plus, the internet was about as reliable as a cat at a dog show.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff once helped with a wake-up call during my first visit, which I greatly appreciated! I recommend the fitness center too. I'm coming back for Christmas.

the elevator situation was abysmal, having to hike up to the 11th floor was definitely not on my vacation agenda. plus, can we talk about how the tub jets didn’t even work? I nearly expected royal treatment for the price we paid, yet all we got was mediocre service instead, almost woudl ve been good but just couldn’t.

On the 17th floor, our one-bedroom suite had breathtaking ocean views, but the experience was marred by operational failures during Hurricane Helene, including elevator shutdowns. Cleanliness was generally good, and the serene pool area looked inviting, yet we never enjoyed it due to furniture neglect post-storm. Accessibility to a mall made grocery stocking easy, but our request for room relocation after flooding was declined, leaving us highly dissatisfied with the response to our situation.

The proximity to a large grocery store made stocking up on essentials easy. The quiet pool area was a lovely retreat after exploring the local malls, creating a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure.

Consider requesting a higher floor to minimize noise from nearby bars and enjoy better views. The laundry facilities are also a plus for longer stays.

Our stay at Suites Malecon Cancun was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious with a great layout—two bathrooms were a real treat! Plus, the pool was fantastic, making for a fun way to unwind after a day of exploring.

However, finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, as we had to navigate several buildings just to get to our suite. Some amenities, like the gym equipment, were out of order, which was a letdown.

I spent time at an apartment-style accommodation that was spacious and had useful kitchen facilities. I appreciated having two bathrooms, which made things easier during my stay. The location next to a large mall provided convenient dining options, although my family and I found crossing the busy roads for local restaurants a bit tricky. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. All in all, a good choice for a base during our trip.
