This hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and exploring the city. It's very close to the shopping areas, and the central Romer square is just a short walk away. The hotel is in the heart of the city at the beginning of the Zeil. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful and made our stay a memorable one. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its variety of delicious options.

We did experience some inconsistency with the water temperature in the bathroom.

The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very spacious. the location was also ideal, close to all the key attractions. We really enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and the cookies that were provided, a nice touch.

The customer service was very poor and the bed was uncomfortable. We didn't feel particularly welcomed by the staff and the room was not up to our standards.
