Comfortable and Convenient

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites was a breeze. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the polite and attentive desk clerk. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a spacious layout and comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette, complete with a full-size fridge and stove top coffee maker. The location of the hotel was also convenient, easily accessible from the interstate. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Towneplace Suites.

The hotel was newer, very clean, and had a great smell. the rooms were comfortable, and I loved having a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the evening social with food and alcohol. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The thermostat in the room couldn't be turned off, and it automatically came on throughout the night. It would have been nice to have more control over the temperature.

My experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. However, there were a few positive aspects. the room was clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and various restaurants and gas stations, making it easy to get around. Lastly, the staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

There were some significant downsides to my Christmas stay at this hotel. the heating/cooling system in the room was frustrating as it couldn't be turned off and would constantly come on, disrupting my sleep.

The breakfast was good and there was a complimentary happy hour with drinks and food offered during certain days of the week. the hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and within a short distance to the airport and football stadium. the bed was comfortable and the room had a kitchenette, which was a nice perk.

The bathroom didn't have a lot of counter space to put all of our toiletries on, which was a minor issue. there wasn't much shade around the pool area, so it was uncomfortable to sit in the mid-day heat.
