The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to help us. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The indoor pool area was clean and the staff was great.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the check-in girl was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they had two waffle makers during the busy weekend, which made breakfast enjoyable. Despite the noise in the hallways at night, I met many friendly travelers and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Additionally, the staff, especially the training manager, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. there seemed to be a lack of supplies and support from the hotel, with not enough staff available and a shortage of towels.

Rude and unwelcoming employees

We had a great night's sleep during our stay and found the staff to be friendly and courteous. the location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also a great price for our stay.

The bed was not very comfortable, with padding under the bottom sheet that kept bunching up and the sheet coming loose. We also had a noisy neighbor with a dog, and the walls were thin, so we could hear them late into the night.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Well-maintained and new facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory. Good event room for meetings or gatherings.

The pool area was clean and inviting. I enjoyed a refreshing swim and even gave my friend a tour, making them jealous of the facilities. I would recommend this hotel for its amenities.
