The location was exceptional, with beautiful waterfront views and easy access to downtown Manteo. We loved the shared deck for relaxing and chilling. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to attractions like Festival Park and the Lighthouse. a great experience.

One drawback, however, was that there were no coffee pods available for the Keurig machine in the room. It would have been nice to have that convenience.

Convenient location and easy access to attractions. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Free parking is a bonus. Upstairs shared deck offers great views. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Continental breakfast and complimentary drinks add value. Perfect for a tranquil getaway.

The location of the inn is simply beautiful, with stunning views of the water. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with vaulted ceilings adding to the cozy atmosphere. The keyless entry system made check-in and checkout effortless. Additionally, the complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese, and availability of bottled water throughout the day were all delightful amenities.

It would have been a nice addition to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room for added convenience.

Absolutely loved the location and the cozy nature of the inn. Spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings. Perfect spot with a breezeway connecting to the parking lot and waterfront. Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out. Delicious continental breakfast, complimentary water, and afternoon wine/cheese. Great appetizers at the onsite restaurant.

Felt right at home instantly, no reason to complain.
