The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a large shopping mall within walking distance. I had a great experience at Crowne Plaza and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was excellent, situated next to major malls in the city, including the best shopping mall in town. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, with a special shout-out to Mario, who was great with our kids and always took care of our needs. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the attentive and friendly staff, always ready to assist with a smile. The beautiful pool deck and bar area provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's key location, just a couple of blocks from the popular Buena Vista shopping center in the modern part of the city, made it convenient for exploring and dining out.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lackluster food options and the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. The food was underwhelming, and the bathrooms were considerably warmer than the rooms due to the absence of air conditioning ventilation.

We loved the location of the hotel, right across a mall and strip center with many different restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the rooftop view and the nice gym. The buffet breakfast was good and we were checked in early. we had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with a super comfy bed and reliable wifi that kept me working smoothly. The staff, especially Amaury and the others, were exceptional and always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, they surprised me with delicious local sweets every day. And the location? Couldn't ask for better!

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement. Just wish they had more variety on the menu to make it even better.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were beyond luxurious. Service was impeccable and the live entertainment was phenomenal. The outdoor heated swimming pool and spa center were perfect places to unwind after a busy day. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great ambiance and offered delicious food and drinks. The location advantages cannot be overlooked, the hotel was near major shopping centers and tourist attractions.

The only minor issue was that the poolside snack bar was closed during our stay. However, the room advantages more than made up for it.
