The location was excellent, situated next to major malls in the city, including the best shopping mall in town. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the attentive and friendly staff, always ready to assist with a smile. the beautiful pool deck and bar area provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's key location, just a couple of blocks from the popular Buena Vista shopping center in the modern part of the city, made it convenient for exploring and dining out.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lackluster food options and the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. the food was underwhelming, and the bathrooms were considerably warmer than the rooms due to the absence of air conditioning ventilation.

We loved the location of the hotel, right across a mall and strip center with many different restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the rooftop view and the nice gym. The buffet breakfast was good and we were checked in early. we had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with a super comfy bed and reliable wifi that kept me working smoothly. Couldn't ask for better!
