The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and clean bathroom. the location was convenient, with key amenities nearby. One advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and polite staff, who provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the inflexibility of the staff when it came to making changes in my reservation. This was frustrating as other hotels I've stayed at have been more accommodating in similar situations.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Lee's Summit for a short business trip. The hotel was conveniently located near my destination and offered a pleasant stay. The room was modern and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to stay with our dogs even though the hotel wasn't officially pet friendly. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

The walk-in shower was a nice touch, as were the complimentary soaps and make-up wipes. The hotel also provided free WiFi, which was a convenient amenity. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
